4575 Properties is a Sunshine Coast property developer and builder built around a single stretch of the Queensland coast. We identify sites worth developing, design homes that respond to where they sit, and build them ourselves so the finish reflects the brief rather than a builder’s shortcuts.
Most developers do one of those things. We do all three – and the consistency of that approach is visible in every project we deliver.
